Media, PA – March 13, 2017 – Healthcare Administrative Partners (HAP), a leading provider of outsourced billing, coding, and practice management solutions for specialty physician practices, today announces the addition of Coastal Imaging, LLC, to its roster of radiology revenue cycle management (RCM) clients. Coastal Imaging, a recently formed entity uniting three radiology groups and 38 physicians, serves patients at four medical centers located in central and southern New Jersey.

Coastal Imaging chose HAP after an extensive review process that sought an outsourcing partner with proven radiology practice RCM expertise. Priority was placed on identifying companies with the established payer relationships, workflow processes, and IT infrastructure required to maximize performance of the entire billing, coding, and collections process. HAP demonstrated prior excellence in all of these areas as the RCM services provider for the radiologists practicing at Ocean Medical Center (OMC) and Southern Ocean Medical Center (SOMC), two of the locations now served by Coastal Imaging. Under the terms of this new engagement, HAP will manage the complete billing process for the physician services rendered at all four locations served by Coastal Imaging’s radiologists, including Riverview Medical Center and Bayshore Community Hospital, in addition to OMC and SOMC.
