HAP’s Maria Calamaro to Present on MIPS at 2016 RBMA Fall Educational Conference
Media, PA – July 21, 2016 – Maria Calamaro, RCM Product Director at Healthcare Administrative Partners (HAP), has been selected to present at the Radiology Business Management Association’s (RBMA) 2016 Fall Educational Conference. The Conference is to be held at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, Louisiana, September 25th through the 27th. This annual event attracts hundreds of radiology professionals and industry leaders from all over the country to attend and take part in high-level learning sessions that cover different topics of importance in the modern practice of radiology.
Ms. Calamaro has over 20 years of experience in Healthcare IT. She is currently responsible for managing HAP’s software solutions to support the company’s medical coding and business intelligence platforms as well as CMS Quality Programs. Her presentation is titled “MIPS Doesn’t Have to Be a Four-Letter Word for Radiology Practices.” In it, she will share her immense knowledge of the latest changes in the healthcare industry to inform the audience about what MIPS really means for radiology providers, focusing on specific steps to take to protect both practice revenue and reputation.
