The Provider Performance Dashboard is an internet accessible business intelligence tool that features a variety of intuitive reports, giving physicians and practice executives alike critical insight into the metrics that most influence their financial success. It provides HAP employees and their clients with both broad and deep perspectives on the recent performance of the practice as well as trends over time in order to facilitate collaboration and action. Users of the Dashboard can view key performance indicator reports for a quick snapshot as well as drill-down to more granular levels for exploration of data anomalies and opportunities for improvement. Built on the IBM Cognos Connection platform, the Provider Performance Dashboard gives HAP’s billing clients direct, reliable, anytime access to their data. Administrator controls allow practices to enable or restrict which employees can view specific reports based on the duties of their individual jobs.
